What to expect during your
one hour nutrition consultation…
During your 1 hour long private consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss your present health goals and concerns with me. I will then examine your previous medical history and use some tools to map your current health status. When all of the relevant information has been gathered, we work together as a team to formulate a bespoke plan for you which will include diet and lifestyle advice, a menu planner with suggested meals and supplement recommendations if necessary.
You will be given all of the relevant information based on my extensive learning and research which will best improve your health and give you back a zest for life! But most importantly, it will be enjoyable. I strive to always give clients real food, made real simple! And it’s these simple changes that I find have the most profound effects.

My 5 Step Approach:
1 – Symptoms and Systems Review – digestive, hormonal, energy and immune function are assessed. This is done with use of a per-consultation questionnaire and also discussion in clinic on the day of your appointment.
2 – Medical History and Timeline – using tools such as the timeline helps to identify triggers for certain symptoms and documents what symptoms started and when.
3 – Food Diary and Nutritional Analysis – talking through your typical daily diet, food likes and dislikes allows us to build a complete picture of possible nutrient deficiencies and their impact on your current symptoms.
4 – Possible testing options – testing is not always necessary but often reveals very valuable information which can provide the missing link in cases which have previously been unexplained.
5 – Bespoke Programme Development – Bearing your health goals in mind, key focus areas of your diet will be highlighted to you. You will then be given an achievable and realistic meal plan immediately to take home and take your first step on the path to regaining your health.
