My Personal Experience
A year ago, I would have answered yes to all of the questions outlined above. And when I don’t take proper care of myself, I still do suffer from a lot of the symptoms mentioned above, and more. But thankfully, I feel better now than I did in my 20’s through eating a nourishing, wholefoods diet and focusing on other positive steps towards a more energetic life.
I have figured out what works for me and I have chosen to give my body what it needs to be its best. I have 3 small, gorgeous children and I want to have every possible ounce of energy and vitality in me to live a happy, healthy life with my family. While also being the best I can be at my work.
My Professional Background
Forever the student, I am currently studying for a Masters Degree in Advanced Nutrition. I graduated from a 4 year Diploma in Nutritional Therapy in 2010 and have been in private practice in Waterford for the past 7 years. With over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, having worked as a Pharmacy Technician previously, I have vast experience helping people to successfully improve their health and lifestyle, and I have seen first-hand the positive effects of a nutritional intervention. I work as a nutritional consultant to health stores, pharmacies and practitioners as well as lecturing part time.
I honestly love what I do! I thoroughly enjoy working with pro-active people and seeing them look and feel better when they eat optimally for their unique biochemistry!
